Level Measurement
Honeywell’s portfolio of level transmitters includes the SmartLine® Guided Wave and Non-Contact Radar Level Transmitter that uses the proven modular design and ease of use of the SmartLine transmitter family to reduce inventory and speed start-up for industrial users. The portfolio also features the SmartLine RM series of guided level meters and non-contact radar level meters.
Honeywell has expanded the SMARTLINE transmitter series with a guided wave radar level transmitter. These modular transmitters share a number of parts with the SMARTLINE pressure- and temperature transmitters, which can be an advantage in the maintenance. Honeywell has handled it thoroughly and has developed a standard model and a model for high pressures and temperature. The latest development is a model especially made for the power industry, where pressure vessels with saturated steam pose a challenge, because the dielectric constant of the steam is influenced by the temperature.
